Physical Therapist Qualifications:
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Current American Heart Association healthcare provider CPR (BLS), or
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.
- Ability to perform patient evaluations, synthesize patient information and determine whether the problems to be addressed are within the scope of practice for a PT.

Salary Amount $75,000-$90,000

- State licensure as an Speech Therapist.
- Current American Heart Association healthcare provider CPR (BLS), or
- At least 1 year of experience as a Therapist preferred.
- Ability to perform patient evaluations, synthesize patient information, and determine whether the problems to be addressed are within the scope of practice for an SLP, OT, or PT.
- Meet organizational driver requirements
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
