I am a graduate from Nova Southeastern University with a Master’s in Physical Therapy. I have over 20 years experience in orthopedics with focus on manual therapy, including joint mobs and myofascial release for the neck, back, and knees. Being a Migraine sufferer, I enjoy treating people with Migraines and sharing various techniques to decrease them. I am certified in Pilates, Yoga, and Tai Chi. I enjoy educating patients on the mind/body connection and watching the progression of the patients to independence.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband, daughter, and dogs. We love traveling, running, zip-lining, kayaking and swimming.
